One Story - 2200 Square Feet (w/3 car garage)
Two Story - 2550 Square Feet (w/3 car garage)
1.5 Story - 2550 Square Feet (w/3 car garage)

Lot 65
One Story - 2000 Square Feet (w/3 car garage)
Two Story - 2350 Square Feet (w/3 car garage)
1.5 Story - 2350 Square Feet (w/3 car garage)

Bi-Levels, Tri-Levels, Quad-Levels, 3 Step Ranch or any house constructed on a Slab are prohibited.

Roof Pitch:

6/12 on Two Story and 1.5 Story Homes. 8/12 on Ranches.

Masonry:

At least 75% of Front Exterior shall be Masonry Brick or Stone.
Ranches must be 100% of the front elevation.

Driveways:

All Driveways and Service walks shall be of Concrete or Brick Pavers

Fences:

No Fences greater than 6ft. in height may be constructed on any lot.
Chain Link fences prohibited.

Landscaping:

All Landscaping must be completed no later than 9 months from date of occupancy.
Within 9 months owners must plant at least two trees within the parkway. Trees must be at least 15ft. in height. See full Covenants for list of approved species.
