Two Story - 2350 Square Feet (w/3 car garage)
1.5 Story - 2350 Square Feet (w/3 car garage)
Bi-Levels, Tri-Levels, Quad-Levels, 3 Step Ranch or any house
constructed on a Slab are prohibited.
6/12 on Two Story and 1.5 Story Homes. 8/12 on Ranches.
At least 75% of Front Exterior shall be Masonry Brick or Stone.
Ranches must be 100% of the front elevation.
All Driveways and Service walks shall be of Concrete or Brick
No Fences greater than 6ft. in height may be constructed on
Chain Link fences prohibited.
All Landscaping must be completed no later than 9 months from
date of occupancy.
Within 9 months owners must plant at least two trees within
the parkway. Trees must be at least 15ft. in height. See full
