One Story Ranch - 2400 Square Feet (w/2-car attached garage or greater)
Lots 24-26
One Story Ranch - 2350 Square Feet (w/2-car attached garage or greater)
Lots 1-9 & 27-34
1.5 Story - 2650 Square Feet (w/2-car attached garage or greater)
Lots 10-23
1.5 Story - 2550 Square Feet (w/2-car attached garage or greater)
Lots 24-26
1.5 Story - 2500 Square Feet (w/2-car attached garage or greater)
Lots 1-9 & 27-34
Two Story - 2750 Square Feet (w/2-car attached garage or greater)
Lots 10-23
Two Story - 2650 Square Feet (w/2-car attached garage or greater)
Lots 24-26
Two Story - 2550 Square Feet (w/2-car attached garage or greater)
The following types of structures will not be permitted:
Bi-levels, Tri-levels, Quad levels, Slabs or Pre-fab homes.
Roof Pitch:
8/12 on all homes.
Masonry:
At least 60% brick or stone front exterior excluding unsupportable areas or dormers. Real stone is preferred but fake stone allowed with Exceptions upon review by Architectural review committee.
Siding:
All exterior siding shall consist of Smart Siding, Hardi-board, Vinyl or rigid siding. Paneled siding will not be allowed. Exterior finishes will require Architectural Committee approval.
Fences:
Wrought Iron or decorative aluminum fences allowed on all Lots and Decorative vinyl fences allowed only on certain specified lots. (inquire; types upon approval)
Landscape Requirement
Only In-Ground Pools allowed
Architectural Approval Required on all Structures to maintain the integrity of the Subdivision throughout
Homeowners Association for maintenance of Common Areas, Outlots and Entrance
